Employees keep stealing expensive packages and then they keep pushing delivery dates until the order gets canceled. Takes over a month to get your $ back.

Why do y’all lie about when you gone deliver packages. And have ppl waiting all day for a package just to not show up and change the delivery date. No door tags or anything. Your a total inconvenience.

I've used FedEx quite alot what I've done is get text response which allows you up to the minute detail about your package hope that helps.
