Don’t recommend moving here. Poor living conditions and management doesn’t do anything.

We applied 2 months ago, they told us 2 weeks before move in (after approving us) that we can’t move-in because we made too much money despite having our proof of income for over 2 months. Now they are taking over 3 weeks to write a simple check to refund the holding fee we paid for the unit. The office staff is terrible about answering the phone as well. Overall, I would not recommend this community to anyone.

Multiple neighbors agree that the office people are frauds. IF you forget to sign your money orders to pay rent, the white lady that looks like she does crack will pocket your money. Be careful because they do this to people all the time and constantly hide fees.

I can't believe there's a drying machine and a washing machine in the hallway. You won't be that angry.
