I went to scan documents. They’re Dropbox function is down so what do they have me do? Buy a USB like it’s 2011. AFTER the charge me for the USB they tell me I didn’t need to buy it. When I get home the USB files now need a new program that is $20. So I’ve spent $30 on $2 worth of scans

All of my experiences at this location have been great, it's very efficient and everyone is helpful. This last time Benjamin helped me with the passport photo service and he was wonderful - made it an easy process!

The person who’s pronoun is She/They with the short hair, (it’s) attitude sucks. I felt as though I was bothering (they) as soon as I walked in. I said “you’re unhappy today huh” just so (they) are aware that I know that (they) are being rude, (They) said “ I’m just tired”. FYI I gave ( it)a pass, normally I would’ve went off. Employees that don’t wanna work should stay at home.
