Went on 12/23/2021 Good services And quick Problem area sign says no Narcotics on hand. Today I asked for syrup she said pharmacy doesn't carry that Waiting at pharmacy nothing yet so went back with new drug long story short She lied to me Dr Belinda Well in June Belinda was nice got z pack she asked if I need cough syrup this time said no she gave me the weirdest look , think she was working with me this time was pleasurable

The location is clean, the employees are friendly and professional. I never have to wait long and I'm never rushed. Dr. Addo listens and explains everything to me. I always have the best interaction with Dr Addo and trust her completely. I will always come back to this location.

I have been here Twice for my baby, ans once for myself, recently. I truly want to thank Dr. Jean lafontate for looking out for me, even though it was the first time ever meeting him. And though he is not my PCP, he cared enough to order necessary tests and make sure I got my results in a timely manner. Also, I want to thank the wonderful, and kind nurse practitioners there and medical assistants who were all so kind to me. It truly means something. The Doctor cares more than my own primary care provider. I csnr even get in contact with her. She won't call, email, or even message me back through the app, directly for a serious matter im facing. She even cancelled an appointment I had with her for next month! How do you cancel almost a month in advance? Very disappointed. This urgent care center is a good place to seek medical help or advice. I recommend them. 5 star place, with professionalism and thoughtfulness to their patients. Thank you so much.
