My granddaughter who is 19 went here yesterday with a very sore throat and swollen neck and glands. The person in charge did not even take a swab. He or she just looked at it and said it doesn’t look like strep so we will do a Covid test. Being swollen like that on Covid is extremely rare. She suffered all night and this morning had increased swelling. When I found out they hadn’t even swabbed her to make sure, I said go some place else. She did. It’s strep! Not even making sure with a swab? Incompetent!
