Normally McDonald's is a decent experience. I mean you don't expect much. But this time it was horrible. I placed my order and specifically said a certain amount of one item. Well I get to the front and go to pay and say that doesn't sound right but they insisted it was. Well I get to the last window and they hand me my food and it is the incorrect amount. I tell her this and she argues with me. Tells me I am wrong and if I want my order correct I need to go back through the line and pay. What happened to customer service. What happened to the customer is right. I mentioned the cost was wrong and they insisted it wasn't. But then neither was my order. It's not that I wasn't willing to pay. It was that she was the rudest person. So confrontational, refused to even try to remedy the situation. Anyways since she has started working there the place is not the nicest. There are still a few staff that are really pleasant and they usually don't mess up the orders but I am honestly bitter when I have to go there now.

Worst McDonald ever, rude employees, orders is either wrong or missing and they start to giving attitude for not finishing our orders or our order is missing and we already pay for it…this McDonald doesn’t even deserve 5 stars or anything. I know they recognize us for coming over there so many times and they decided to give me and my lady attitude which is not right because our money went to pay the food and we didn’t get the food we order for it🙄

I earned points in the app and got free chicken 🐔 nuggets. They were warm and delicious. Every day there are good deals through the app.

The order taker wasn’t the friendliest but the food was great. I don’t usually come out this way but I’ve been a couple of times. I appreciate the efforts made to protect the public from covid. I will he back if and when I am in the area.
