So, a kid took number 2 in the play area , they charge for everything and it very dull and dirty in there although I made the best of the trip. They need at least to hire cleaners to come in and clean

Excellent customer service, wide range of skates, wheels, and accessories to purchase. The staff is very knowledgeable about skates and skating and their hours of operations are great. They have special sessions just for adults, families and for Moms & strollers. The pricing is on point as well. Take a look at their website. Adult nights always have space on the floor to move about freely. There's great space in the center of the rink for practicing!

I think it's 3$ skate rental 7$ entry fee..me and my 10 yro went during week it was 10$ a piece..they also had free pizza and hotdogs

I believe the pricing may change based on what day and the time you go. You should check out Groupon because they usually have coupons for Kate's.
Any one can come and learn there on any day. Although id recommend adult night on Thursday 8pm to 12. Saturday is crowded and is hard to skate through the waves of kids. Saturday I believe they are open 10am-5pm and 7pm -11pm.
I've never seen that and have been going for a long time. They have changed management. Have you been since then
I have a great time there and they keep control of their facility. It is well run and even when they correct children or adults, it is always for the greater good. If you cannot follow rules, this is not the place for you.
$7 for admission. $2 more skate rental. $5 more for smaller kids to use that walker with wheels to help them skate. $2 more for using the indoor ninja playground.
