Any one can come and learn there on any day. Although id recommend adult night on Thursday 8pm to 12. Saturday is crowded and is hard to skate through the waves of kids. Saturday I believe they are open 10am-5pm and 7pm -11pm.

If I remember correctly it 7 if you don't have skates and $4 if you have them. It may be more for a weekend day. But I would not suggest that you go on the weekend if you are a beginner
