Kate and her team are wonderful to work with. When my Father unexpectedly passed she assited my sisters and I in getting his will probated. Kate took the time to speak with all of us, walked us through the process and offered invaluable empathy for our loss. Kate was also incredibly efficient in the sale of his home which happened very quickly and without her excellent communication and knowledge through experience, we would have been delayed. I would be very happy to refer Kate and her firm to any family member or friend.

Kate Moriarty and her law firm were instrumental in getting my late aunt's estate efficiently probated and it's assets distributed to it's beneficiaries. I would be pleased to recommend Kate Moriarty and her law firm to anyone. Bill Van Loan

I've had the pleasure of working with Kelaher, Van Dyke & Moriarty 4 different times for a variety of needs including home closings. Specifically, working closely with Kate Moriarty. They are thorough, fast with communication, fairly priced, friendly, and just ensure a great experience overall. They have a very nice office in Toms River which was local and convenient for us. We plan on working with them again in the near future for another home and highly recommend to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

I have been in the financial field for decades, and worked with many and every kind of attorney. It's hard to think of someone else that has the legal acuity, the professionalism, and the people skills of Kate Moriarty. I not only trust her with clients, but my very own family.
