The most vile place.The illusion of community but a disaster zone,the only time there’s an appearance of unity is when there’s drama,fights and when the community gets called out for their disgraceful behavior and actions.Too many people make excuses for staying and are fiercely envious,destructive and unstable towards anyone who doesn’t want to lay roots there and purpose to do better.They’ll vandalize your car, property and harass,if you’re not embracing low level living alongside them to try and hinder progress. Instead of wanting to better for themselves.A very unsafe neighborhood with major structural violations and outdated wiring the cause of mold in all units, outrageous light bills, electrical fires and more.Not a safe place to raise your family, corrupt HUD practices, high staff turnover, septic overflow on property grounds, drugs, gangs…it’s more like a hangout that leads to complacency.Very nosey, clinging neighbors and extremely dark presence over the place. A ton of negative vibes, you’ll beg to get out if you rent the lie.
