I have had a great experience with Thriveworks and I’m so thankful for Charles Graff, he is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for counseling! Charles has helped not only me but my husband and even at our request recommended the perfect match for our son! We cannot thank Charles enough for all his help and the progress we have made!

Do not use this company. The reviews I don’t think reflect this company in the slightest. They make you put a card on file and automatically charge you $40 for a “membership” that isn’t even told to you by any representatives and without permission. I understand cancellation fees or if you have a actual appointment/ co pay but $40 just for calling and asking for information is insane.The company also still is keeping my card on file without me ever visiting the office etc. Update: ALSO when I tried getting my card off file they told me they would call me in 72 hours to let me know about it.WHO DOES THAT? Like they have control over my bank info?

I had to leave a credit card on my daughter's file. I was charged for services she never received. The counselor set up appointments for her without checking with her first and she works 2 jobs! So she will not be going back I can barely afford gas never mind paying for services she didn't receive
