The inconsistent portions with their popcorn chicken are ridiculous. The fact that you can pay to get your fries "upsized" in one of their A&W meals and they're still the size of a fry in a happy meal from McDonald's is incredibly frustrating. They're very nice and polite when they screw you over though so there is that to enjoy!

This KFC has completely gone downhill. The last 3 times I have gone there they are out of coleslaw and they say they are out of Mac n cheese when in reality they just have to make some, I know this because that is what I was told tonight. They got my order wrong in the end and didn't get anything we ordered except the Mac n cheese after waiting the 10 minutes for them to make it which was barely even warm after all that time. I get they may be short staffed but that doesn't mean they need to not completely care about their customers. I've worked fast food before while short staffed and have never not done my best to make sure the orders were correct. I will no longer be coming back here again!

Go here if you enjoy slow service and want to watch McDonald's totally dump on kfc. I'm not exaggerating when I say that we watched 35 cars get served at McDonald's while kfc has us sitting in our car so they can handle 4 total vehicles. And you would think with all of this extra time they could carefully check the orders but ours and the one before us were messed up. For goodness sake offer people a bit more money to work here and steal some people from McDonald's to show you how it's done.

Ok, so I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt so... I gave them 3 tries. ALL 3 times they forgot an item I ordered and I had to go back inside to get it and sometimes argue with them that it was left out of my order. I was also surprised today to wait 42min for a 5 piece tenders meal and a famous bowl (which was forgotten). I will be going to ANY OTHER location when I crave KFC from now on. Even if I have to drive further away.
