What has happened to the quality of this place the food today was deplorable

I've never had the best experience's with the magna KFC but the Arbys across the street is AWESOME!

Management needs an upgrade I suppose huh. It's hit and miss in there, some days they're good others, not so much.

I agree with the management. Seems the woman that manages there only likes to hire men.... arby's is a much better option from this clown show of a kfc
