Usually we patronize the Tropicana location while in Las Vegas but it was inexplicably closed when we stopped there on the morning of National Donut Day. We went to the one on Rancho and were not impressed. The donuts were great and the coffee good but they couldn't provide hot tea even though it was on the menu. Only one creamer was available for the coffee and the staff mopped up the floor around us as we ate. Finally, when we attempted to throw away our trash, we were informed that there was no bag in the trash receptacle. While we will patronize Winchell's Donut Shop again, it will not be this location.

Friends & Family went for Doughnuts, the lady the helped us was SUPER NICE, customer friendly ALL THE WAY, and the Doughnuts were AWESOME☺️

Showed up disappointed because they are listed as being open 24/7 and twice now I have been there and they were closed.
