We had bad experiences with InterPark in general for the entire time we held a monthly permit in this garage. The garage itself was a parking garage, but the service is terrible. I was frequently double-charged for the monthly fee, which is annoying in that I got constant security warnings from my bank and my balance went up and down several times in one week (it isn't the amount, it's that it even happens). Our car was damaged twice while in the garage (sideview mirrors stolen), and Interpark takes no responsibility for damage to your car. When we canceled, I was still charged for the following month; at this point I'm in the middle of trying to get help, and after three e-mails in the course of a week I've heard from no one. Other parking garages might be slightly more expensive but if I had to do it all again, I would pay more for more security, better service, and more professionalism.

I got to the garage 4 mins late and they charged me $55, so I called customer service. Seeing as there’s a pandemic going on and I was carrying a 30 lbs box form my office so I can work from home. I told her I was a couple minutes late, could there be some grace to drop it back to $17... she replies. “4 is not a couple.” I’m like wow Semantics... I explained to her I was carryin a box and was doin my best to get there, and she said no. I mentioned there’s a global pandemic so it’s abnormal for me to drive and park downtown and she’s like no. I also if maybe I could pay $25-30 a more resemble increase. (Other garages are $25 if you missed the deadline). She hung up on me. She just lost my money for the rest of the pandemic. (Hopefully all these downtown garages aren’t owned by the same people. 😕)
