The Cna's are not nice, very unprofessional they steal and eat residents personal food, money.John Cease was extremely rude to me over the phone and was eager to transfer me to the Receptionist Maria who didn't know a thing about the company.I called the Director for CORPORATE office phone number he got an attitude and said I was harassing him,I stated to him I had a family member that lives there and he said ok and! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS NEW Supportive Living to ANYONE.The patients are not being taken care of properly.

New City is a perfectly beautiful residence, strikingly and artistically decorated with very attractive, vibrant colors and designs. The individual apartments are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Ms. Chi Robinson, the Move-In Coordinator who guided our tour, could not have been more gracious or more generous with her time and knowledge. She was wonderfully encouraging in offering New City's efficient and expert help to us in making all the decisions and arrangements in the application process. Every space at New City that we were shown is warmly welcoming, and the same was true of every staff member and every resident we met in passing during our tour. My relative, after all, is not yet strong enough to apply for residence at a supportive-living facility, but my niece (young and recently married) and I (76 years old, in good health and living independently) both strongly and delightedly felt that we, ourselves, would be very happy to be residents at New City. High praise and great gratitude to Chi Robinson and all of the staff and administrators at New City!

Recently, we (Service Coordinators & several of our senior residents of Catholic Charities) toured New City. Ms Burke & the staff there are so kind and professional; the facility and apartments are neat & spacious--and the food is delicious! (Just wish I could convince my stubborn brother to live there!!)

I took my Godparents for a tour to this supportive living this week. I was very amazed and pleased with what I saw. The place was just beautiful and the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Indeed it looks like a new city. The apartments are just beautiful and very spacious for senior living. They also offer many services which I found is very helpful and supportive for the elderly. It is an attractive community that is comfortable ,safe and secure. If you are seeking a place for your loved one I would advise that you will check it out. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I am not sure, but I do know if you are well off you will pay out of pocket. However if you don't have money and are assisted by the state, they can pick up your expenses. Please call the place and ask lots of question.
