I't just keeps getting worse! NO VAN TRIPS TO ANY STORES, CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT OF FOOD! And ''many'' former menu items have been removed permentlly, Entire building phone syatem stoped working recently, building's rugs smell & have never been cleaned, shower floors were improperly installed, so watter will run out on floor, the solution... ''Lower your shower curtion with a extra ring'' laudry room with Only ''one''dryer working poperly for ''Months''( now the only one working) Complaints are a total waste uf time. These places will never let you talk to ''Tenants'' before you decide to rent and none of these problems will be revealed untill you sign the lease. Many of the nursing staff has been replaced & that is much better.

My father lives here and there is one problem after another. Issues we have is the staff isn't considerate of residents at all. My father has been hurt and yelled at by an employee. I did report it to the ombudsman and the health department and she was let go. All I got from the lady in charge is this isn't the only incident we're investigating with her. Why was she still there and not put on leave. Now today I had to call the cops due to a worker James that put his hands on my father she took up for that man, are you kidding me. I once again is calling the ombudsman and the city to do another investigation. This, isn't, the first issue with this James guy. There are so many issues I can't even mention them or it would be a book.

My mother-in-law has lived in Greenview Place for over a year now. She's seen the nurse practitioner, the nurses, met and interacted with many of the staff, maintenance, wait and kitchen staff. All of the interactions have been professional and positive. The facility is clean and welcoming. All of the staff knows her and myself. As with any home or assisted-living place there are negative moments, in my opinion these have been few and far in between. Her room is warm (or cool) and very adequate, ample closet space as well. The food seems good. You are always welcome to take food to your room if you wish. She chooses to sit at the same table every day and her server knows what she likes, her meal is often ready for her when she arrives to the dining room. The home includes free laundry, laundry service and a light room cleaning. They bring her medications twice a day and she is looked in on. The home also offers many other services on certain days including a hairstylist to name one. My mother-in-law has not participated in any of the activities she is just that kind of person, but she has not been pressured to be involved. If you're interested in activities there seems to be a lot going on. The admissions staff was exceptional. They handled every aspect of the payment process and it was easy on my family to get her settled in. Maintenance was extremely accommodating when she moved in. I think she will be comfortable there for quite some time. I would recommend Greenview Place!

I had many questions regarding supportive care living for my mom. I live out of state and had to do everything by phone. Susan Doyle spent an hour on the phone with me, even after we realized that Mom would not be going to Greenview. She answered all of my questions and gave me advice on services available to help my mom. If all of the people at Greenview are like Susan, this is a great place to live
