Some of the male residents are very disrespectful to other residents. They should have male nurses who can handle them. Since my sister has been here, she's been the most happiest person that I've seen in a long time. She's more talkative than ever. I love my sister and definitely want the best for her.

The young lady, Ms Thomas has been instrumental in helping me with my Dad! I was so worried due to all the missing items he needed and I feared how can I get so many important docs in a timely fashion in order to move him in? She helped me every step of the way! I highly recommend Heritage Woods of Chicago!!

Yes I need to know why did they take away their furniture in the lobby the people there on Fulton Street most don't have family that lobby gives them the opportunity to communicate with one another I need to know what's going on
Its for seniors 65 and over, I don't think its a wait list.
Yes, they have a small sitting area in the back. Nothing major. If you are looking to put a elderly family member in this facility, I would say no. My dad has been here for a while now..his choice btw and he does not like it, neither do I! And there are better places.
