Associate at this location was awesome! Very friendly and professional staff. They added like a 100 rubber fun balls so the kids can play with those now, something new. The cashier was cleaning most of the time I was here, bathrooms were very clean. Great location ! Great service!

Hi Judy, For our Open Play, you can just come in during our hours of operation, no appointment or pre-purchase necessary. Our hours are Mon-Sat 12pm-7pm and Sun 12pm-6pm. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to your visit!
We are sorry to report that we are still "temporarily" closed as per government mandate we are not yet allowed to reopen. We are told that our business use will fall into Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois Plan, and unfortunately, there is no timeline as to when Illinois will reach Phase 5.
