I am huge with customer service. The manager, Danielle is more than accommodating. The Chicago ridge location doesn't have the same amenities and the lady who answered the phone the day I called was RUDE. I had a party here for my son and the customer service was incredible!!!! I love all the options the party comes with. It wasn't too expensive. My little guy had so much fun. He still talks about going back. This place is also good because you can take your kids on the weekend, pack a lunch, and let them play their hearts out. You pay one price for all day. You can go to the food court and come back to play some more. For me, it's place is gem. I can catch up on work as my little ones burn all their energy. Since it's in a mall, once we are done, mommy can enjoy some retail therapy!!!

Seemed pretty run down. The fence/gates were rickety and screws loose/missing. Things taped together with packing tape.

My child had the best time ever. But most importantly the staff was great . I met Danielle and Jamie all I can say is the owner did a great job at hiring. I had no problems love this place
