My son sent off for his birth certificate back in November and paid $20.00 for it and this currency exchange charged $5.00 for there service, and here it is February 16,2021 and has yet to receive it, are the stealing people money or what. I’ve calling since 9am this morning and no one even answer there phones what kinda of business is this in the African American neighborhood. They need to be shut down ASAP

The absolute worst customer service experience I ever received. I was insulted by the Mexican female employee with curly hair. She went on a rant about my personal appearance and played a commercial on her computer screen to continue her ignorant rant. She also had a child at work with her playing in the background. I'm contacting corporate because she was extremely disresptful and blatantly rude.

Hi, Romona. Sorry, but we no longer offer notary services because state law limits our fee at only $1, but the cost of the required notary bond (insurance) and the risk we take can be in the tens of thousands of dollars. We would offer notary if the fee and cost were more proportionate.
