They use the bait and switch tactic showing a nice unit then moving you in to an outdated, dirty stained carpet, partially painted, barely cleaned unit, the so called leasing specialist makes promises and tells you things that he denies when confronted by the assistant property manager who by the way is very unprofessional, the garage is outdated and leaks and floods and stuff from the ceiling of the garage leaks on your vehicle, the appliances are outdated, the gym equipment is outdated, if you can afford here you can afford a nicer updated place so keep looking and find something worth your money because this definitely isn’t it!
