My initial contact was pleasant. I was not able to view anything at that time. They made me feel pressured to hold apartment and provide $500 money order. When finally able to view property 5 days later due to weather and work schedule I was very displeased. When letting the the office know of my intentions not to take the apartment due to disrepair and misrepresentation (bare wood above some windows, in need of paint in other areas, siding falling off building and patios do not look like video they show) of the property they refused to refund any of the $500. Their work area is very beautiful but your living area obviously doesn't matter to them. This rental was not even available for 75 days. I feel as though they really took advantage of my situation as a very high anxiety cancer patient.

I have lived here for a year, and it has been the best apartment / townhouse / complex I have ever lived. I have never had one issue with the townhouse itself, and I have only called maintenance twice. They always came quickly, were super nice and fixed it (air conditioner and something with my dryer). The office staff is super friendly and always get back with me pronto. The location is so nice being right by the bike path and St Rt 48. I get on 75 in just a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is so cheap when it comes to fixing stuff. Everything is as old as the buildings. The office staff obviously do not communicate with each other or know what they are talking about. They will do the absolute bare minimum. I have been there a year and a half the air conditioning has broken three times and the hot water went out. Not to ment last Thanksgiving there was a pipe clog. Tree they let over grow on my patio has completely ruined my 400 patio set which they claim that not their problem. Actually it is because you let it grow over! Cheap rent is the only reason to live here.
