Great place to buy from the instock inventory,DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING CUSTOM !!!. I ordered a $2500.00 custom recliner and when it was delivered it was not the same size as the one on the showroom floor ??? I was told but the manufacturer that when you order custom furniture it will not always be the same size ??? Should have explained that to me before I ordered this chair. LIve and Learn

I have had NOTHING but problems with Lazyboy. This so called reputable company had had me running in circles trying to get a couch repaired that was DELIVERED with the issues that need repairing. It was delivered August 17th and I am still going around with them trying to get it fixed. I have sat on hold calling them for over an hour before talking to anyone more than once. I just texted them at 11:09 and had not heard anything from them at 12:53 so resent my text. It replied to that saying they are open Monday through Saturday 9-6. Well it's Saturday at 12:53. I called them and it said they close for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30. I am so over this. If I could throw this sofa through their store window I would. AND I still have two chairs coming. Ordered in August. Beyond disappointed and angry at Lazyboy. Will never recommend or shop there again. AND no one to complain to about this! They are the worst! Terrible customer service! DO NOT BUY!
