A little more expensive than I expected for a resale shop but I guess you could find a deal. 1 downfall is they only take buys for the first hour they're open.

Love the idea, but …. Twice I’ve been there to sell recent Ralph Lauren, Coach, and Talbots high-end, professional items. (Some with tags still on, purchased in NYC.) Both times a pre-teen (!) was at the counter and indicated that these items were not desirable. What a hoot. If your things are not cheap and torn, apparently they are not appreciated in the Portage area! For shame.

I keep coming back because the clothes selection is amazing BUT no customer service from the moment you walk into the door. Was there for an hour of shopping, never was greeted , never asked "are you finding everything ok", nothing. Very sad. But they had plenty of time to carry on personal convos amongst each other. I also shop at all other boutiques and consignment stores in portage...they have outstanding customers service,make you feel welcome while you're shopping, approached several times and this makes you want to come back. I may or not return, this isn't the first time.

Call to see when they stop buying. Got there before 2p and they refused me. There was 3 people just doing clothes buys. I used to go to this store all the time and loved it. This past year this place went down hill

Yes. They love people to sell. They like clothes in good shape and current styles. Its good to call first in case a special event is going on
We buy all seasons all day everyday up till 1 hour before close in a bin or a basket not plastic or paper bags or boxes
Yes we are! They must come in a bin or a basket freshly laundered. No bags or boxes. We are open 10-6pm Monday thru Saturday and 12-5pm on Sunday
No we do not, but Savvy in same strip mall does consignment for those types of dresses.
We do buy maternity just looking for current styles meaning purchased in the last 2-3 years.
