I had an amazing experience at this particular Plato’s. The customer service was above and beyond. I was looking to sell some items and it was a very simple process, I was helped by a sweet girl named Amelia. She absolutely brightened my day! This girl deserves a promotion.

I have mixed feelings about Platos. I love some selections of their clothing and it’s usually pretty nice, shoe selection is nice as well. HOWEVER- when I want to sell some things my wait is usually an hour wait and they take NOTHING! Update: I brought in a north face that’s hardly been worn and they didn’t take it. I brought in white pumas and they didn’t take them. I’m so done shopping at this store and trying to sell they are a waste of time. I try to be as nice as possible but sometimes I can’t. Like these brands are good brands and you don’t even take them. There are things in worst condition than what i bring in on the racks!

Over all its a great store but customer service could do better. So once i was ready to pay i handed the lady the bill on her hand once she got my change she proceeded to not hand it to me but put it on top on my items wrapped around the receipt in the counter. So im standing there trying to get my coins and bills not sure why she would do that if i would of done the same thing put the bill on the counter and left her with her hand out she would of definitely thought i was being rude. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Sweet employees always trying to save me a dollar. So much selection. I love them and I don't even go to any second hand stores but this place has become me and my daughter's go to when shopping for cute clothes

They don’t take baby stuff but they do take guy stuff, and it doesn’t have to be name brand it just has to be current.
There is no time limitations on when you can bring items in to sell! We just need to be open! ;) We're open Monday - Saturday 10am - 9pm and Sunday 11am - 6pm.
Yes, they buy both new and used, boots and shoes...pretty much anything. They may not buy tho based on what stock they already have or based on the quality/item use.
Hey there! We have a few rules set in place to keep our customers and staff safe. All staff are provided with masks, and customers are encouraged to wear them if possible. Staff must wash/sanitize hands after each customer interaction. All surfaces are disinfected before and after use (every 2-3 hours if not in use). Wellness checks happen every day for all employees, staff are not permitted to work with symptoms of COVID-19 and/or high fever. And we have marked line spacing to maintain social distancing! Hey, Kim! We actually aren't able to purchase any prom dresses or formalwear - everything in our store has to be super, super casual. Items you can find on a high school or college campus are what we really like to focus on! The dresses that we do purchase range from casual day dresses to going-out dresses which can sometimes double as formal dresses! We do have accessories like bags, shoes, and jackets that can be worn for formal events! No appointment is needed but be there 45 minutes before closing. It is a great place to buy AND sell clothes. You need to bring ID to sell and sign a consent form.
