Employees playing on phone , not wanting to take orders I've been calling for over an hour with different people answering and just putting the phone on hold and when I went to the store it was no customers. It was 2 hours before closing

From what I saw customers wear mask. But the employees are behind the glass. I think they should still wear face mask.
