Employees playing on phone , not wanting to take orders I've been calling for over an hour with different people answering and just putting the phone on hold and when I went to the store it was no customers. It was 2 hours before closing

They must be reported because theirs a lot of customers depending on their services....they said todayi but I never had a problem either...
