I needed to have the charging port repaired on my Galaxy tablet; the tech told me that it is very difficult to open the tablet without breaking the screen which, if broken, would add to the cost of the repair. I told her to go ahead and hoped the screen would not be damaged. The tablet was finished two days later and the screen survived. The cost was reasonable and on time. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

We can often fix water damaged devices and get them to turn on long enough for data recovery. That can cost up to 250. If the circuit board is severely corroded we can not guarantee it to work as a normal or stable device after. Error code 4013 is however, a fatal NAND error code. It is most likely that the data will be lost and the NAND would have to be reprogrammed or replaced. That being said, we do not charge for diagnostics.
