I called asking about 4 tires for my GMC. Was giving a great price so I had them order them. I was never called and told they were in store and ready to install. I called them brought truck in was told it would be a few hours to do the job. Ok I was cool with that, but 3.5 hours latter I checked on the progress and was shocked that tires wasn't even put on rims right. I had to deal with a nasty tech that was rude and very unprofessional. Store manager told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. That's funny because I pulled up the manufacturer web site and it clearly showed I was right. At this point I just wanted out of this place. So truck was rolled out and has driven terrible. Now I will try another pep boys to straighten out there terrible job. And then I look at my bill and not even in my name, what kind of shady deal are they doing. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. I had 3 other company trucks needing tires, it sure won't be at this place.

Steven and his staff were awesome. I checked around for pricing and got a very fair price on a set of Michelin tires. Other shops were a bit over priced. Thanks
