Not sure how this company has 5 star reviews. I went in yesterday to gather some information about your tinting/audio services. I wasn't greeted when entering your business which is odd since other reviews claim you typically greet your customers. I asked about your tinting services and you currently have no tint person which is fine but I did not like the fact you did not offer an alternative until I brought the topic back up. That's when you mentioned to me you send your customer's over to another establishment. When asking about your audio services. You didn't offer much help or seemed interested with my requests. You all need to work on your customer service skills. I should've walked out the moment you all didn't greet me.

These guys are great. I had an amp and sub installed in my car. Good prices and amazing job on the install. I would recommend everyone to check out Nathan and the crew for all of your car audio needs.

I made an appointment with the manager Nate to have an AV screen installed in my daughter-in-law‘s car. Upon arriving Nate greeted me. Upon arriving I found need to be very courteous and professional about the work to be done. he indicated they would get to work on the car right away and invited me to sit in the waiting area. In about half the time I had expected to wait Nate came in and indicated to me the car was ready. He also indicated that since he had been able to complete the work in about half the time they had estimated he was going to reduce the charge to 1/2 of the amount quoted. I must say I was doubly pleased because in all the years that I’ve dealt with service providers I have never had one do that.

Price beware, this shop will quote you one price and charge you another price even after they’ve assessed labor hours. Took my car for N amp install, coded 150 however, Nathan readjusted the price because all the necessary wires were already ran. Drop my car off 10 AM last Saturday, didn’t get a call till 430 that afternoon. Upon arriving at the location, I’m told Nathan went home sick assuming the person filling in was the owner of the shop. He handed me an invoice for over $262, different price than what I was quoted. He proceeds to tell me and justify charge because they had to remove the seats which was bs. 3 hr to install 1 amp? I welcome a call from Nathan or the shop owner to make it right.
