Let me say Office Manager Monica made my stay Very excellent! Always a smile from her and her wonderful front desk as I passed by multiple times. Hotel was sold out of certaint room types Monica insured everyone in the lobby had awesome/reasonable hotel accommodations. This location is convenient and serves breakfast. I only stayed for 1 night I most certainly will be back soon when I’m in the area.

This was easily the worst HIE property I have stayed at. The building was tired, the room was tiny. It was about average as far as maintenance (some small broken stuff, nothing major). Breakfast was normal fare (IE - not limited pandemic levels of food). The problem was with late checkout. We called and received a late (1pm) checkout with no issue, but then housekeeping knocked on our door 4 times in 2 hours and the front desk also called us. This while we were trying to sleep since we had a late night the night before. Absolutely terrible that they would do that (2 knocks were even *after* the front desk called and I reminded them they approved a late checkout). Would not stay at this property again, not nearly as well run as other HIE.

The electrical outlet in our bathroom was not Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected and could cause electrocution. The toilet would make gurgling sound all night. The sink in the bathroom would fill very quickly, with the drain stopper fully opened. It was not a very good place to stay but made reservations ahead of time. Checked out early.

Filthy room and reused unwashed bedding with stains. They would not change the bedding nor give a refund so slept in my clothes and covered the pillow with my jean jacket. I also found multiple insects in the room. Staff was unprofessional and yelled at me because I asked for a printed receipt stating they only email receipts. Took two months to get a copy of the receipt and only after I drove several hours back to the hotel to request a printed copy. The black guy (I only mention this as a way to identify the employee. The other employees were of a different nationality and he was the only one I saw of his) he made a scene in front of other clients before printing my receipt. During the entire exchange, he acted as if had the authority to do or don't do whatever he wanted. Completely unprofessional!

You pull in, they give u at ticket for your windshield, they will park or you can self park. Then leave your key at the booth outside at the entrance.
No, 10.00 per day charged when you check out, if no spots available in lot then the valet parks your car on the street along the length of hotel, let's not forget the valet now expects a tip as well.
No habla espanol but i think you are asking about check-in and checkouts. Check in time is after 2 pm and check out time is at 11am
