I've only been inside once & I wasn't too impressed. Prices wer very high. I assumed this place was similar to Bass Pro Shop, it was NOT! Not even close. If u are only looking to purchase yr fishing license, then this place is a good stop to pick that up

Went there to do a name transfer on a firearm and waited three and a half hour while workers stand around WOW and still didn’t get to do the name transfer I just left the place, prices there are awesome but poor customer service

Don't bother calling sportsman warehouse, they lie to you, just to get you to come in. If you are in North Visalia try Smokin Barrel Firearms on Demaree and Riggen in the Lowe's Center, they have ordered hard to find ammo for me in the past, plus if you are a member of the Visalia Sportsman Association they offer a 10% discount. Good luck, "Ammogedden" is apon us...

I'm not sure about catching fish. There is lost lake on friant road and also Millerton lake on the same road. Lost lake is a river actually and you can bring bikes to ride. It is a day use park minimal chrages. In town Woodward park also allows fishing but i think it is catch and release. Please check with city of Fresno parka and recreation.
