Sales people are awesome, service team sucks. Arrived 45 minutes for my services I booked 3 weeks ahead. This is supposed to be a break in service not to take more than an hour. I was gonna wait, but Kevin said he has a few people ahead of me so my car won’t go to service at the time I came in for even though I booked my service appointment way ahead of time, but “we at bmw of fresno, don’t respect your time and will have to service your car last because that’s how we treat our clients” I understand there would be some wait like for an hour or so in service, but to wait a whole day and until end of the day! I’m usually busy, and this means a restriction to my time instead of making service a breeze, they are complicating it with no regards to what their clients have, no loaners even though I booked 3 weeks ahead. I’m really frustrated with service, thinking buying a brand new car, I would have at least a priority on the first service, even if it’s only for the first time, but no. Whats the difference between Toyota service and bmw fresno service? I guess nothing.

They reset my signals at BMW FRESNO. Or I take it to my mechanic
No bit i brimg mine to sunny smog on Blackstone and sierra right beside dmv and they are very good ,make sure you go online and get the copon first
A lot of stuff breaks when the tech is working on a high mileage vehicle and the customer don't want to pay for it and then the Dealership has to pay to cover it

They have a great service center. If you have your recall notice just give them a call. They dropped me off at work and picked me up. It was a very positive experience.
Every car is different. Call the parts dept for correct pricing. Make sure you have your VIN handy.
