do not use this company they insert there poor equipment in my pipe and broke it. they did not tell me that they broke the pipe instead they are Insisted that there is a toy and they have to cut My tile ground and cut that pipe just to take the toy out. So I hired another company they insert a camera and they Found a Piece of equipment Went through The pipe, break it and it was left in side my pipe.

I called them up for a pugged drain. They came out and unclothed the sewer line. 20 mins later my tub over flowed and toilet also. I had to call another plumber to unclog sewer. I called art Douglas for a refund. They are giving me the run around. I will never use them again . They are terrible and non professional
