Highly suggest that your attendants at Moutardier camp ground be trained on the rules and regulations of the park. Also, a customer service class would be helpful as they were extremely unprofessional and rude!!!! We were approached by the male manager at 11am and were told that someone complained about the noise level of our generator. Which we specifically inquired about prior to making our reservations. We were told that generators could be run until quite hours 10 pm when we made the reservation. They responded to a UNREASONABLE complaint by trying to force us to not use the generator which is clearly within the rules that are stated in the policy and which they themselves stated BEFORE we paid our money to reserve the site. If they had stated before hand that generator use is subject to the whims of your neighbor we would have went to another camp site. The attendants never asked our side of the story. And just demanded that we not use the generator which we were fully within our rights to do. When I went to the office to get the ranger number I was behind the "complainer" and heard every word of the conversation between her and the attendants. The conversation in short was the campers dictate the rules... So they change every time you stay depending on if you stay next to the "complainers" or not. The ranger came out and confirmed that we in fact were in the right and were not violating any rules. However, the actions of your attendants made me not want to stay here again because of thier lack of knowledge and thier unprofessional behavior. This is a shame because we love camping here but the attendants ruined this for us!!!!!
