Probably my favorite store in Austin! It’s in a true league of its own. Beautifully stocked with gifts, crystal, china, cookware, holiday items, a nursery and a full hardware store. They even have a bridal registry. A walk through Breed’s will make you smile and tempt you on every level. Locally owned, this store is a real gem!

I would bet that they have the right glue for the job. Jo-Ann fmFabrics might have the right type of plastic and you might be able to get a free swatch of it.
Not sure about spring wreaths, but definitely Christmas wreaths - give em a call.
They do have some cooking scale type devices
