2000$ washer dryer that only finishes a cycle when no clothes are in it Two service techs that couldn’t fix anything the second told me my floor wasn’t level enough for the washer to work properly They posted my first payment to the wrong account and turned me over to collections They botched the install so the vent broke off and even with my service warranty refused to fix it Run away as fast as you can from this place

I am disappointed after delivery that I thought I could have a family member install the dishwasher that I bought not knowing that it was hard wired … I tried to get the store to add installation but was told that they could not after the ticket was closed! And on top of that I was told the delivery guys would take away my old dishwasher but they did not; they told me they would arrange someone to come back to pick it up. I’ve had to call the store a couple of times and still have not gotten an email confirmation for the pick up/removal that I paid for! I don’t know anything about the install of dishwashers and that they are not all plug and go! Customer service is so bad; it should not matter if the ticket is closed; I was willing to pay for install of dishwasher and was not even told that once the ticket is closed no changes could be made! This is ridiculous and very poor customer service!!!

Store took my money for an install, $180, and then never set up the appointment. Dishwasher is still stting in my kitchen and its been over 9 days. When my unit was dropped off the driver told me the install would happen the next day. Ya that did not happen. I called the store four different times and the final time was told sorry we don't have the vendors information for doing the install. Finally was called with an install time this Tuesday but I have no faith it will happen, we will see. I also paid an extra $35 for the old unit to be taken away, that still has not happened either.

I don't recommend this store. They sold me a broken TV and I didn't have it for more than 6 hours with me. I complained about the store, they distanced themselves from the problem and behaved despots. I called costumer service and they did the same thing even though they had a guarantee.
