Stopped in for lunch. It has an old decore. I was unhappy with the long wait to get food. And even longer wait to get shakes. The wait staff were fighting in front of customers and gave off a bad vibe. Wife and I had our kids and they didn't feel comfortable.

Fried Pork Chops and Fried Chicken were delicious! Nicely priced Senior menu with large portions, and includes tea or coffee. Staff very friendly. Everything is old and dated, which is fine for the atmosphere, but... definitely needs a deep cleaning.

The dishwasher was late the day I visited this diner, which impacted the waitress' work. On top of that, they had just a very few menus and the one I got, had one page missing. It's a good place though, but you gotta be patient to place your order and get your food.

The staff was great, the food was not. We had a complete a Waffle House experience from the food looking crazy, to a drug addict coming in begging for money to the manager hurling insults at the staff, to odd ball customers. Unforgettable experience.

They have the best apple pie I've ever eaten in my entire life. The restaurant is very vintage. It may be a little rough around the edges but that just adds character unless you're a germaphobe. The mashed potatoes and cream gravy is excellent. It's the best cream gravy I've ever eaten at a restaurant.

I work here. The cops I don't know anything about. The food is really good do you come to San Antonio often if you do don't hesitate to stop by and get something to eat
I eat there weekly and it is sad to see the owner sweating out tax assessments and struggling to keep the place open. Not sure about what can be done.
