Amazing place. Ask for recommendations. Outside dining is great!

My wife and I recently hosted out son's rehearsal dinner for 50+ at the Biga. The filet was so tender it did not come with a steak knife. Every course of the meal was excellent. Not only was the food first rate; Pernie, Rudy, and their staff were a totally class act group of people and a true joy to work with. Great food, great service, great people; can't go wrong with Biga on the Banks! Enjoy.

Very disorganized. Manager never checked on us even though the server had them comp some things. Server did a good job with what he had. He even gave us a round because he knew it was stressful and confusing. It’s chef owned but I think the chefs may be out of the country

My coworkers and I ate here on our last night in San Antonio. Chris Sanders was our service mentor and he was wonderful. I highly recommend requesting him if you dine here. He has so much knowledge and experience with the restaurant. He was able to recommend dishes for our entire table and everyone was very happy with what they ordered. This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to.

Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups white sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 3 cups grated zucchini 3/4 cup chopped walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs and oil, mix well. Fold in the nuts and zucchini until they are evenly distributed. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake completely before frosting with your favorite frosting.
If they are open, I'm sure the food will be great.
There is outside seating, but I've not seen any dogs there. The outdoor seating is a small terrace alongside the Riverwalk at street level.
There is no parking at the restaurant itself, or really for much of any downtown restaurants. There is a parking garage on Market and on Commerce.
My wife went semi-casual, as did I, and we were treated like royalty.
There is a garage across the street. They have signs placed at the entrance of the lot and the restaurant will validate the ticket.
I'm sure you can call the restaurant and they will be able to help you with that question.
Yes - but just one entree. Menu changes daily but I believe that there is always one vegetarian entree.
Website everything on there
Call them
Generally, most are business casual, but they don't send people away for bring dressed more casual.
Unfortunately not, however there are many garages and a valet after 5p, I believe.
I would say plan 1-2 hours for a complete service if you order app/meal/dessert and drinks. My assumption is that Friday and Saturday would have a similar time frame. The food is excellent and worth it for sure. Hope that helps!
