Stopped by on a Saturday to start our door buying journey. They lost me at the front door. My wife and I browsed for 5 minutes and no acknowledgment of our presence. Two couples in front of us being helped and at least two people working. Guy walks by me, looks at me, and says nothing. He just goes on helping the other person. At least say, “somebody will be right with you”. No customer service whatsoever. I’d hate to think we were being judged by our appearance but it wouldn’t surprise me, based on the fact he looked me dead in the face and chose to say nothing.
