This place is great - they saved me $500! I have an older caroma toilet that I thought I needed to replace after talking to a few plumbing companies. The toilet just needed a $4 seal - which Alex the great helped me find. Don't waste your time with a plumber - the guys here know all things plumbing. Ask for Alex the great or Elian. They will hook you up and save you $$$

No you bring the worn out part to them. They will sell you a replacement part. Or if you pull the old part out, and take a picture of it. They sometimes can tell you which part it is and you can pick it up with out bringing it in to them.
