My mom needed a head MRI. We also needed a nurse to find her vien before procedure for iv contrast. They told us to be here at 315pm to start the IV. Well here we sit and we have been told that her table time is 615. Why would you make a sick elderly handicapped woman sit for hours!!! Omg! Why did we even set up a ttime. No 1 told us about the table time! Worst experiences here ever!! Next time I won't tell them we need a nurse to start the IV. We will just show up let the tech try a few times then they have to call a nurse.

Yes, you can walk in for X-ray with a paper referral. Any of our locations except Sacred Heart. X-ray hours are 8:15a - 4:45p. We do require masks during the visit like all healthcare facilities.
If it is an obstetrical exam he can. Masks must be worn throughout the entire procedure.
Yes they can deliver to the lobby front desk and a nurse will come down to pick up the items
You or your Dr can request an open MRI to be done, generally due to Claustrophobia. Then they will schedule you at a location with an open MRI.
Go to the main counter where you checked in when you got the MRI done,. They will verify your ID and should be able to give you a copy. That's what I did.
