Early December I have an appointment, Kate (the scheduler/MA?) Told me she would order my test with imaging and they would contact me to schedule my testing. Late January I hadn't heard anything and called Kate back and she said she will re send the order and for me to call imaging in a few days to check up on scheduling. 3 days later I called imaging and they said they never received the request. I called Kate back amd she informed me that they never were sent because the insurance wouldn't accept the one test, but she will go ahead and order the other one still since the insurance agreed to that one. She lied to me and never sent my test requests until I called her almost 2 months later. Fast forward I've been seeing these guys for 3 months amd I finally receive a call about a payment. Why 3 months later? So I said I'll get on a payment plan and I went and did my testing. They called me 2 days later and told me the results of the test and asked if I could come in to see the doctor, in 2 days. We scheduled the appointment and next day I received a phone call from the payment person stating if they don't get a payment by time of my appointment they can't see me. But they took 3 months to bill me and now I'm pressed to pay when they FINALLY got my testing and results and I'm about to finally get treated. So I had to call back and cancel my appointment without being able to see the doctor for my results for a test they took a month and a half to send to imaging. 0 stars if I could for lack of responsibility and blatant disregard for their patients care.

I whole heartedly Do Not recommend this office! It's been a roller-coaster with this office. Mr Hedges and his assistant are great. Dr P's assistant needs to be fired. Constantly does not follow through whatsoever, gives the run-around, disconnects when their phone is ringing or on hold. Does not give call backs in timely fashion if at all. Someone in office hangs up when one is calling in. Was told Dr P only does procedures until 1pm, lo-and-behold was told Dr P was in procedure well after 1pm. This office lacks efficiency.

i’ve had a few colonoscopies in the past and this is my first visit to Dr. P. Easiest and friendliest experience I’ve had yet! If you’re at all uneasy about having this procedure, come here and ease your mind. Smooth from start to finish and pain free. very highly recommend this practice! Bonni

Finally getting some answers for my stomach problems. Dr P is great. He is patient and kind. He makes sure I understand everything and actually takes the time to talk to me. The rest of the staff is great too. Have an upper endoscopy done and they made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on the entire time I was awake. Great staff, great Dr, would highly recommend. Update- I've been seeing Dr. P for awhile now. I still stand by my review and still see him while trying to pin down what exactly is going on. That being said, the majority of my appointments have been rescheduled. The day completely changed. Not even given the option to go in on the same day. Sometime I would get a call on a Monday for a Friday appointment sometimes I'd get a call on Wednesday when my appointment was Thursday. Very very frustrating since I am coming from out of town. Definitely don't recommend if you have a schedule you are trying to fit these appointments into. Still recommend Dr p. But make sure your schedule is WIDE open for them to change everything on you.
