Assuming we're seated at the time reserved, about how long can we expect to spend there? (Looking at Saturday specifically, but general answers are appreciated as well.)

I would say plan 1-2 hours for a complete service if you order app/meal/dessert and drinks. My assumption is that Friday and Saturday would have a similar time frame. The food is excellent and worth it for sure. Hope that helps!

They are good so expect food to come within 20 minutes from the time you order to being served. I usually entertain guests so first I order drinks and hors d'oeuvres and by the time we get around to dinner and finish it's been about 2 hours

1.5 to 2hr, especially uf you have been on the Riverwalk and come with a thirst!

We were there for about 2 hours and change for a nice, relaxing meal. They didn't rush us out which was nice.

I would say about an hour and a half to two hours. In and out should be no problem. We had a 5:00 reservation and still made Saltgrass before 7:00 (6:45 to be exact) for happy hour . We walked from Biga to Saltgrass .
