They have the best apple pie I've ever eaten in my entire life. The restaurant is very vintage. It may be a little rough around the edges but that just adds character unless you're a germaphobe. The mashed potatoes and cream gravy is excellent. It's the best cream gravy I've ever eaten at a restaurant.
Prices are moderate and not sure about that cheese steak

Sat down to eat our meals and a big ass roach crawls from underneath the table also sugar ants everywhere. food was cold on arrival.
Didn't see that on the menu but maybe those who are saying they have it ordered it off menu. I had the fish platter and it was gross. No flavor and greasy. My mother ordered the shrimp and she didn't like it either. No flavor. I think the hype is because it's an old establishment in the city, was the hip place back in the day and the nostalgia brings people there. BUT the food isn't up to the expectations that was expected. Good luck if you go.
I don't know about Philly cheesesteaks but it's too cluttered and the food is not that great if you want my honest opinion
