Overpriced and I never received my furniture. I am glad I didn’t receive my furniture when promised. This was my 3rd time purchasing from Ashley and I have never had any issues. They originally told me 2 weeks for my living room set. It’s been almost 6 weeks. So Sunday I went to American Furniture Warehouse and bought the same living room set at much lower price! Since I saved so much money I also purchased bar stools, entertainment center, coffee and end tables. Everything was in stock! After I left, I drove to Ashley furniture and canceled my order and got a refund with no hassle.

This is THE WORST experience in my life. First, when my orders were delivered, half of them were defectives, so I requested replacement. Then, a lady over the phone spoke very bad words at the end of the phone call. But, no one in this store cared about what happened to me. Second, when I received my replacement order it was defective again. The driver asked me to keep it until it is replaced by a new one again. He also told me not to call to store... it will be replaced... But, later I got to know that they were not going to replace it if I did not call them... Luckily I called them because they did not take care of my previous issues. Third, I visited store again since my agent did not get my call anymore. I found him there but he just lied to me that he did not get my call. I talked to the manager of the store, and he offered me only $200 discount for troubles I had with another replacement. I did not want to waste more time, so I just came back home. When another replacement was arrived... I got so upset. They brought a part of the sofa... not whole. Even it was also not a new one... one side was pressed a lot.... Also, I found that the voltage of the power adapter was lower than what it should be... I was so upset again... but I let them leave it on my floor... since I just wanted to stop wasting my time... I just requested a new adapter and a lady told me to send it. Yesterday, I found that no discount was applied to my order... No adapter was delivered to me. I would like to call them, but I am afraid of calling them since I may lose my temper. This is my first review in my life, and this is my first step to claim my right. I will see how they can be worse than now... I will wait a few days more to see if they correct all these issues. If not, I will think about other ways to solve problems.

You should be careful buying at Ashley furniture they return policy sucks
I just recently visited the store and the person working told me they are operating on very minimal staff. They had one person working the whole floor and we as well as others had to wait to be helped.
Go else where DO NOT buy from this store, they are crooks and you will not receive your products…
