I decided to visit this store today instead of the one near my house, and I have to say Nilsa (I think that’s how you spell it) did a better job than what I was used to. Right off the bat she greeted me with a smile making me feel welcomed unlike the other store they would just look at me and not say anything. She did a great job and she was just the best, she was so nice and positive!

Today I had an awesome experience with ms.nilsa. she helped me with a situation I couldn't figure out. and the customer service of call center was so aweful that they didn't know how to transfer money from one card to the next just aweful. But ms.nilsa was so caring and went above and beyond to help me.i really really appreciate her services and kindness. I hope this gets her a great gift or raise or just a great blessing ❤️she was great
