I'm from Detroit and I love jets pizza ...I was so excited when jets came to naples . (I spend winters there)... and man 3 times your out ! ... horrible all 3 times .....spongy one time ... tasted like leftovers another time.. and one time I bought a party tray ...don't ever get the party tray from this place ... I don't do bad reviews but I'm sorry ..now im not saying jets is bad....jets is awesome ....but .this place has no clue how to do this pizza ..its a shame ....

This was our 1st experience with Jet Pizza. We wanted to try the deep dish supreme. It was very good and we will order it again. Fast service. Nice app to order online. Very pleased.

We have been to this Jets location 3 times now. Every time we have not been disappointed. The food has been hot, delicious, fresh looking and fresh tasting. Isabella has greeted us each time and she is a breath of fresh air. She is polite, courteous, smiles when she talks and listens intently. I'm not sure if she is the manager but if not she deserves to be one! They also offered a military discount which is hard to find here. I would certainly recommend.

Took 30 minutes longer than promised! Order was incomplete, missing sauces that were charged. At least it’s still warm. Called about the order twice and the manager was there but never got on the phone or offered to address the issue of the pizzas taking over 1.5 hours.
