For a place called California PIZZA Kitchen you would think your pizza wouldn’t be burnt and dried out. We ordered takeout, the pizza on the right are the only decent pieces, all the others were burnt well beyond beyond acceptable. The pizza on the left are from a bar and grill that don’t even specialize in pizza…which would you prefer to eat? Because the ones I got from CPK are extremely disappointing.

Their website has the following verbiage: Before placing your order, please inform a manager if anyone in your party has a food allergy or dietary restriction and consult our Allergen & Vegetarian/Vegan Menu Guide. I know that when you order online, there is the option to remove cheese from the buffalo pizza. I would call the location and double check or try your order online to see if what you want is available as an option to remove.
They have the cauliflower crust which is gluten free. It's very buttery and crispy. No organic. Sorry.
